Andy Toolson first obtained his financial services license in 1990. After an 11-year professional basketball career in the NBA and Europe and four years of coaching at the Division 1 level, Andy decided to transition full-time into his fascination with financial markets and advisory. He has since worked as a VP/Financial Consultant at Charles Schwab and Company, Key Investment Services, and Cambria Capital and has run his own firm, Toolson Wealth Management, since 2013.

He completed his undergraduate education at Brigham Young University, a Master’s degree in Social Science from Syracuse University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.

However, he deems his most useful education to be from the “School of Hard Knocks” and now loves using his experience to help the firm’s clients plan successfully for retirement.

He has been married to Holly for the last 35 years, and they love spending time with their six children and seven grandchildren.
